Dr Muthoni Ntonjira

Dr. Muthoni Ntonjira is the Managing Director & Health Systems District Leader for Philips East Africa, based in Nairobi, Kenya. She oversees Philips' operations and drives business growth across Eastern Africa. Dr. Ntonjira holds an MBA in Healthcare Management, a Master of Medicine in Anaesthesiology/Critical Care, and a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery. She is also a PhD candidate in Healthcare Management.

With over a decade of experience in senior leadership positions within healthcare organizations, Dr. Ntonjira has played a pivotal role in advancing digital health and fostering innovation. She has extensive experience working across various healthcare systems and has been actively involved in training healthcare personnel.

Dr. Ntonjira collaborates with diverse stakeholders to promote access to quality, sustainable and affordable healthcare. She is a member of the Kenya Society of Anaesthesiologists (KSA) and the Critical Care Society of Kenya (CCSK).
